Good morning, Sophie ✳
Every little step helps your buddy bloom.
Meet Sunny! ☀
Sunny is feeling bright and ready to explore. A walk together would make their day!
How are you feeling today?
Little wins add up
A closer look at your rest helps explain how Sunny wakes up. These are estimated sleep stages, not a medical assessment.
“Restorative” here means estimated time in Deep and REM sleep. A wearable can misclassify sleep stages, so use this as a gentle trend, not a diagnosis.
Compare today's resting heart rate with your usual level. A change can be a cue to check in with yourself, but it cannot tell us how stressed you feel.
2 bpm above your usual 62 bpm. Sunny is taking it easy today.
Try your readings
For a real reading, your usual level should come from several comparable mornings, not one day.Higher RHR can also reflect exercise, illness, medication, caffeine, or poor sleep. Fitagotchi does not calculate a clinical stress score from RHR alone. Readings come from your Apple Watch through the Health app.
See sleep, HRV, and resting heart rate together. This illustrative outlook compares readings with your usual levels; it is not a validated readiness or medical score.
Your sample sleep and heart signals are close to their usual levels. Sunny is feeling ready for a gentle adventure.
Rules: sleep ≥ 7h, HRV ≥ 90% of usual, and RHR no more than 5 bpm above usual. These cutoffs are illustrative, not clinical thresholds; illness, training, medication, and measurement variation can affect results.
How's your buddy?
Sunny's little shop
Earn 5 points for each 500 steps in the demo, plus 10 when you reach 8,000 steps. Spend them on a look, workout gear and furniture for each room. Over 1,000 different items unlock as Sunny levels up.
Pet store
Adopt a little pet to keep Sunny company. Pets follow your buddy from room to room and nap when they nap. A new pet arrives as your buddy grows.
Body metrics

Calorie intake
0 kcalWhat do these numbers mean?
- Maintenance
- Roughly what your body uses today: resting calories (keeping you alive, about the same each day, from your Watch's recent average) plus active calories (everything you move, including steps and workouts). Eating about this much keeps weight steady.
- Calories left
- Maintenance minus the food you've logged. Under maintenance over time tends to mean weight loss, over it weight gain. A gentle change of 300 to 500 a day is easier to keep up than big swings.
- Protein · 50 g
- Helps muscles repair and keeps you full. Spread it through the day: eggs, yogurt, chicken, fish, beans, tofu.
- Carbs · 260 g
- Your main fuel, especially for exercise. Wholegrain bread, oats, rice, potatoes and fruit give steadier energy than sweets.
- Fat · 70 g
- Needed for energy and absorbing vitamins. Nuts, olive oil, avocado and oily fish are the better kinds.
- Fibre · 30 g
- Good for digestion and keeps you full. Most people in the UK eat less than this: try veg, fruit, beans and wholegrains.
- Sugar · 90 g
- Total sugar, including fruit and milk. Added sugar (sweets, fizzy and energy drinks, bubble tea) is best kept under 30 g a day.
The grams are the UK reference intakes for an average adult, and quick-pick values are typical portions, so treat them as a guide. Needs vary with your body, age and activity; a GP or dietitian can give advice that fits you.
